CHAPTER HISTORY

The Stafford County TLOD story began when Lady Nadine Beach shared her love for Top Ladies of Distinction (TLOD) with a few friends and invited them to learn more about the organization. The women were excited with the possibility and very much interested. They asked Lady Nadine if they could have a chapter in Stafford County. Lady Nadine began the process of organizing the chapter in Stafford County by meeting with the small group. The group began to grow as the exciting news spread.

Lady Nadine contacted Lady Sandra Clark, National Area II Director to state the desire to charter a chapter in Stafford County. At each interest group meeting the interested ladies would bring a friend and then that new interested friend did the same thing at the next meeting. The Interest Group committed themselves to pursuing the chapter chartering.

After several meetings, the application, to charter a chapter, was approved by the National Office of TLOD, Inc. and the ladies began their process to become members of TLOD. The chartering date was approved for February 3, 2018. The charter members are: Linda Abbott, Shelia Vannoy Buford, Nicole Darden Ford, Taykshia Frazier, Molly Haynesworth, Beverly Howell, Brenee Howell, Adrienne Hutchings, Destin Johnson, Desiree Johnson-Fiemiseer, Cory Darden Milam, Belinda Porter, Shorana Prather, Katina Reynolds, Paige Scot, Helena Underwood, Sherry Walden, Tiyauna Walden, Aaliyah Wilson, Sharon Wilson, and Shannel Winslow.

Lady Nadine Beach, the Chapter Organizer, believes that if you have a heart to serve, without expectation of reward, then TLOD has a place for you.
